Steer Lawrence toward prosperity, proper administration, effective functionality, fight for and provide the tools for children of public schools to excel and realize a beneficial future.

As the CEO of the city, ensure proper etiquette is carried out by city employees with efficiency, thoroughness, and a dedication to serve all the citizens of Lawrence.

Conditions:

Be willing to sign a pledge to adhere to these qualifications and to full and open transparency and disclosure. Will voluntarily resign if any violations of law are proven factual. If any improprieties are addressed and amassed in number, the officeholder will voluntarily hold a press conference to address the concerns so the city can function and be effective for the good of all its citizens without a microscopic investigation into wrongdoing.
